What do the navigation icons on the top menu mean?

When I try to view the pics nothing comes up. What am I doing wrong?

What happened to the free galleries?

I took those down for several reasons:
1) Mounting issues regarding copyrighted pictures.
2) 2257 legislation and the legality of some individuals in pics.
I hope to be able to offer free galleries again and working with companies who will offer free licensed content to avoid legal issues with copyrights. Unforuntately this is taking longer than expected.

I keep getting Javascript errors or it says I need Javascript in order to view a page.

First of all, If you've been to my site before, then clear out your browser's cache. The problem could be that I've changed some pages/Javascript code and your browser still has the old data in its cache. After clearing the cache try reloading my site. If this is your first time here, make sure Javascript is enabled.

After you've done that, click the refresh / reload icon in your web browser ON the webpage giving you the error.

I've emailed you a long time ago and still haven't heard from you

When I'm working on a project I don't have time to reply to my email. I usually let it pile up then when I finally get around to it I reply. I'm sorry but I'm only one person maintaining the whole website.

Why are the emails shown as xxx AT xxx DOT com?

The emails are displayed in that format to prevent stupid spambots from harvesting emails from user profiles so you won't get put on some spam list.
To email a user with a visible email address simply replace the AT with @ and the DOT with .
Note that this is not a fault proof method as some smart spambots might convert the obfuscated email back into a real email address.
You can hide your email so it won't show up at all if you really want to be safe. Just click 'hide my email address' in 'My Profile > My Account'.

How do I use the Visual Editor (used for Forums, Private Message, Weblog comments)?

- To insert bold, italic or underlined text, on I.E., select the text you want formatted and click one of these buttons. On all other browsers a dialog will prompt you to type in the text to be formatted. The text will be placed at the end of the last word you typed in the visual editor. You can also add formatted text by using [b][/b] for bold, [i][/i] for italics, and [u][/u] for underline. Example: [b]this text will be bold[/b].
- Click to insert a horizontal line or type in [hr]
- Add a link. Select whether the link is to your email or to a webpage. To manually type in a link use this format: [link:http://www.website.com]name of website[/link]
       Note: On I.E. only, To easily add a link, highlight the link's text and click this button. For adding email links, you must use the insert link dialog (don't highlight any text).
- Add an image. You must type in the URL to the image.
- Add a smilie.

Questions about Free Basic membership

How do I login in?

The login box is at the top right of almost every page. Just enter your member name and password.
You can click the 'Remember' me to have your login info saved so you won't have to type it next time. However, if you did so and want your login info not saved, uncheck that box.

I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?

If you forgot your password you must reset it. Click Forgot Password enter your member name. You will receive an email (to the email address listed in your account) explaining the process of resetting your password.

I can't remember the email I used to sign up with. Please tell me my password.

Nope. Since anyone can just ask me for their password I might be giving it to the wrong person.

How do I cancel my account?

Login to your account, click 'My Stuff' icon/link on the navigation menu, then click 'Cancel Account'. If you are a Perv Club member you must first cancel your subscription to the Perv Club (so you stop being charged) before you can cancel the Free basic account.

Questions about Perv Club membership

I forgot my username and/or password, what do I do?

You should have recieved an email when you signed up for BillysPervWebsite.com and another email when you joined the Perv Club. Those emails list your login info and Perv Club transaction info.
If you can't find those emails, then do a member search for your user name. Enter your email address or something that identifies you in the search criteria. You can also do a 'User name' or a 'Location' search. If you still can't find your username, email the webmaster (email address found on the Support page).
To retrieve your password, use the Forgot password page once you've remembered your member name.

How can I pay for my membership?

Your membership is paid via a credit card of your choice. All credit card transactions are secured using SSL encryption.
To make sure that your browser has SSL enabled, please check your browser's settings menu. In I.E., click Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab > scroll to the Security section and check the Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0.

How do I purchase a Perv Club membership?

To join, you must be logged in as a Free Basic member (Sign up). After submitting your sign up form you'll be sent to the Per Club Join page.
If you are already a free BPW member, just click the 'Perv Club' icon found at the top left of almost every page. I just purchased my membership and I can't access it, why?

Try logging out, wait a few minutes, then login back in. You should then be able to access the full Perv Club specific content.

I cancelled my membership and I still got charged for it, why?

This matter requires assistance from the customer support representatives. Please contact support as soon as possible.

What do I have access to with my Perv Club membership?

If you are not a Perv Club member, view the Perv Club tour page for that info.

How do I cancel my Perv Club membership?

You may cancel your Perv Club membership at anytime. Simply click here, enter your login info and follow the onscreen menus. Upon cancellation, a confirmation will be sent to you via email.
Note: Cancelling your Perv Club membership does not cancel your Free Basic account. You will still have free basic access to BPW but not to Perv Club.
