How do I change or adjust my webcam settings?
Right click somewhere in the chatroom (preferably over the
BPW icon) and make sure you get the pop up menu with the 'Settings...'.

How do I broadcast my webcam so others can see me?
Click the 'Broadcast Webcam' button so the room can use the device. If you get a pop up asking for permission to use the webcam/microphone, select 'Accept', then click 'Close'. Click the ' Webcam' button again to start broadcasting (Note: To avoid this pop up dialog next time, click the 'Remember' checkbox in that pop up. Next time clicking 'Broadcast Webcam' will immediately start broadcasting).
Click the 'Stop Broadcasting' button (will be the same button you've been clicking) to, duh, stop broadcasting.
Below the webcam preview area is a 'Members viewing', which displays the number of members who are viewing your webcam.

How do I view someone's webcam?
Once someone starts broadcasting their webcam, a message will appear in the chatroom: 'Click here to view cam'. Click that.
Another way is to click on the webcam icon (
) that appears next to the member's name in the member's list box when they are broadcasting.

How do I adjust my microphone's volume?
After clicking the 'Broadcast Webcam' button, below that will be a 'Preview Webcam' checkbox. Check that to view your webcam. There is also a checkbox to mute or adjust the volume (using the slider) of your microphone.

Click the 'mute' checkbox to toggle mute or adjust the volume slider for that webcam.

I clicked 'Broadcast Webcam' but then it turns into 'No Webcam detected.' button. What's wrong?

How do I Instant Message a member?
Double click on their member name in the member list box. A new tab with that member's name opens up next to the main room tab.
If you are viewing a member's webcam and you Instant Message them their webcam window will have a red title bar and black drop shadow.

How do I view an Instant Message that a member sent me?
Just click on the tab with that member's name. The tab will also have an icon (
) notifying you that you have new messages in that tab.
Each time you get a IM and you are on the main chat tab you'll hear the 'new IM' sound (if you have sound enabled).
Note: IM tabs can be re-arranged by dragging them past another tab to put it there (except the main tab of the room).

How do I close an Instant Message?
Mouse over the tab and a close button (
) will appear on the right side of the tab. Click that.

How do I smack someone in the room?
Type '/smack' followed by the membername
or right click on the member in the members list box, and select 'Smack'.

How do I whisper a message to someone in the room?
Type '/whisper' followed by the membername followed by the message.
Or right click on the member in the members list box, and select 'Whisper...' and type in the message. Only that person will see your whisper and they will get the whisper in the main tab of the room you are in.

Type '/me' followed by your message.

Can I block Instant Messages or Ignore someone?
Click on the member in the member list. Then in the member info area, click the 'Ignore' or 'Unignore' link to do that.

Can I let only certain members view my webcam?
No, not at the moment. This might be a Perv Club Member only feature in the future.

I keep getting this message, "You have insufficient bandwidth to view some webcams. Video quality might suffer."
Free up some bandwidth by closing any other applications that are using the internet. For example, iTunes (internet radio), stop downloading large files, close other webcams, move your wifi laptop closer to the router to increase the signal or switch to a wired connection from wireless if possible.

How do I change or add a chat bio line?
Click the 'My Stuff' icon/link, then click 'Edit Profile', scroll down to the Chat Bio textbox and fill that out.

What size do the webcams display at?
On monitors with a resolution higher than 1024x640 the webcams display at 320x240. Monitors with resolutions at or lower than 1024x640 will display webcams at 160x140 to fit in the chatroom.

I can't get into the room. It says...
'Cannot Login.'
Make sure you're entering the room through the 'Chat' link/icon found at the top right of the site's navigation menu.

Make sure to exit the chatroom or close the chat pop up window when you leave. Also look for any open chatroom windows where you might still be logged in. -
The chatroom won't load or hangs. The 'loading...' gray box just stays there.
Try clearing out your browser's cache and refresh the page. Also make sure you have Flash player version 9 or higher.

How do I report someone who is being abusive in the chatroom?
Select the abusive member in the member list. Then in that member's info area click the 'Report Abuse' link and fill out the form.

A moderator kicked me out of the chatroom. Why?
A kick is a warning to behave. You can go back into the chatroom after kick but please behave because next time you might be banned and then you won't be able to go back into the chatroom. If you are arguing with someone in the room then just 'Ignore' them. The chatroom is for friendly socialization and busting a nut, not for picking fights. We really don't have time for such bullshit. If it comes to it then besides being banned your account will be cancelled.
