By joinging BPW, you agree to the following:
- You agree that you are at least 18 years old as required by the laws of the United States of America (as backwards as those laws may be) to access the adult pornographic material on this site.
- Your BPW membername and use of the Private Message System does NOT mean you have a Billyspervwebsite.com email address because that service is not offered. So *username*@billyspervwebsite.com will not work.
- You agree not to abuse (as determined by BPW admins) the Private Message System and the Discussion Boards (Forums).
- If you do not login to your account for a period of six (6) months then your account will become inactive. You must login to have it activated again.
- To cancel your account you must do so by logging into your BPW account, clicking the 'My Stuff' icon/link and then selecting the 'Cancel Account' link.
- You will not hold BillysPervWebsite.com or its partners responsbile for any postings made against yourself that might damage your reputation.
- You understand that if you violate the terms of this agreement your Free Basic account might be terminated, with or without warning.
- No Spamming!
- No mailbombing - inundating a user with Messages without any serious intent to correspond, generating a higher volume of outgoing messages than a normal user.
- No abuse of the law on the Discussion Boards or Private Message System - Illegality includes but is not limited to: drug dealing; attempting without authorization to access a user's account; pirating (distributing copyrighted material in violation of copyright law, specifically MP3s, MPEG's, ROMs, and ROM emulators); gambling; schemes to defraud; trafficking in obscene material (kiddie porn, bestiality pics); sending a message or having content that is obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, or indecent with INTENT to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass another person; threatening bodily harm or damage to individuals or groups; stalking; or violating other state or federal law such as the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, or the Economic Espionage Act. Linking to illegal material is also prohibited. BPW reserves the right to check a member's account, private messages, and other data for illegal content and materials, or for any other reasons deemed necessary.
- No sharing of your membername/password with other people, websites, or forums. Violation of this rule will lead to immediate account cancellation.
- Anyone caught to be underage will have their account immediately cancelled!
- Joining the Perv Club might have additional terms and conditions not covered by this document and a link will be provided to you before joining the Perv Club.
