If anyone has seen recent pics of moi you might have noticed that my head is shaved. Just my usual summer ritual (to keep costs down). GayDays is over and I think we need this week just to recover from the weekend. We had a great time. Had a lot of guys come to the booth and sold a lot. Since I've been back from NYC I have been busy playing GTA IV and reading the fifth to last Dune book (Heretics of Dune). Not to mention that I had been laid up in bed for about a week.

It's great seeing the workouts are paying off. Besides the obvious (more guys hitting on me, especially Latinos, at clubs or staring a bit too often and longer than usual at the gym) I'm happier looking bigger and better, and with more confidence. So I encourage those who are overweight or have a lack confidence to get in shape. Find the motivation within yourself to get a trainer to help you get in shape or if you can't afford one then look at health mags or websites (like Ripped By Pete for his instructional videos) to get tips on how to do a proper workout. For health mags just jot down the work out info. I wouldn't recommend subscribing to them since they are just the same rehashed/reworded articles month after month with a new model (probably got that way by using Steroids) to sell more mags. Like how many times do you see 'Lose that gut in 4 weeks!' printed in big words on the cover, month after month?
